Information We May Handle

When you use the website, our hosting and delivery providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and approximate region. This helps keep the website secure, reliable, and understandable at an aggregate level.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message. We use that information to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation.

A parent account is optional for listening. If you create one with email and password, Google, or Apple, we receive the email address from that sign-in. Apple may provide a private relay address instead of your personal email. If you set a display name, we store that too. We use the account to remember which printable packs you own and to deliver those files to the signed-in account.

Stripe Checkout processes payment for printable packs. Stripe asks you for an email address during checkout and processes the payment and transaction details, including the packs and amounts purchased. We send Stripe the pack names, prices, and a reference to your signed-in Miluo account so we can provide access after payment. Stripe returns the payment status and transaction reference to us. Miluo does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles your information under its own Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Miluo is designed for children to listen with a parent or guardian involved. Accounts and purchases are for parents. We do not ask children to submit personal information through the website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@miluo.app and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

Podcast Apps And Third Parties

Podcast apps and embedded players have their own privacy practices. Miluo links to or embeds services such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Google, Apple, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Gracelane Family properties. Those services may receive information under their own policies when you use their players, links, or platforms.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the website, keep the service secure, respond to parents, understand broad audience interest, and comply with legal obligations. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Your Choices

You can listen on miluo.app without creating an account. Buying a printable requires a parent account. You can contact us at hello@miluo.app to ask questions, request access, request correction, or ask us to delete information you provided directly to us, including a parent account.

Changes

We may update this policy as Miluo changes. When we make material updates, we will change the date at the top of this page.
