Respect the content

Please do not copy, redistribute, or commercialize Miluo stories, audio, artwork, or website content without permission.

Using Miluo

By using miluo.app or Miluo content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or content. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether Miluo is appropriate for their children and listening context.

Content And Intellectual Property

Miluo stories, audio, artwork, website copy, design, and branding belong to Miluo, Gracelane Family, or their licensors. You may listen for personal, family, non-commercial use. Please do not remove attribution or use Miluo content in a way that suggests we endorse another product, service, or organization.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, upload malicious material, or use Miluo in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Printable Packs

Miluo sells digital printable packs, such as coloring and activity pages, for personal family use. A purchase uses a signed-in parent account created with email and password, Google, or Apple. Stripe handles the payment. Miluo then delivers the file to that signed-in account. You may print as many copies as you need for personal, non-commercial use by your household. You may not share, distribute, publish, sublicense, or resell the digital files, or include them in another product or bundle.

Printable Purchases And Refunds

Because printable packs are digital files made available through your account, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or mistaken purchases once access is provided. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you cannot access a purchase, or believe a file is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, contact hello@miluo.app so we can help and provide any remedy required by law.

Third-Party Services

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. Miluo may link to or embed services such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Google, Apple, Stripe, Cloudflare, and other Gracelane Family properties. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Availability And Disclaimers

Miluo is provided as available. We try to keep stories reachable and suitable for family listening, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that every story will fit every child. Miluo is not a substitute for professional education, medical, legal, or safety advice.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Miluo and Gracelane Family are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, content, or third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms as Miluo changes. When we make material updates, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Miluo after an update means you accept the updated terms.
